Blood Tests at Ealing Hospital

If you have been asked to attend for a blood test and we have no availability here at the surgery, you will need to book your test at Ealing Hospital.  Appointments at the hospital can be made online at lnwh.nhs.uk/blood-tests or via telephone on 02082354200. 

You will require your NHS number or hospital number when booking. The blood test (phlebotomy) department is now located in The Community Diagnostic Centre at Ealing Hospital. Please ensure you bring your blood test form with you as the staff are unable to take your sample without one.

If you don’t already have it, you can collect your blood form from our reception desk her at the surgery.
