WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REFERRAL

 

 

Dear Patient

 

If you have been referred for tests and treatments following your consultation with the GP, a referral will be forwarded to the Referral Facilitation Service (RFS).

 

Their administration team will:

 

1.       Book an appointment on your behalf.

 

2.       Make any changes if necessary to this appointment.

 

3.       Answer any queries you may have in connection with this appointment.
